Client Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before submitting your Evidence Log. By checking the agreement box, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

The Sovereign Audit™ and associated holistic services provide intuitive insights, spiritual exploration, and self-reflection frameworks. These sessions are designed for personal growth and energetic alignment only.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer

I make no recommendation, promise or guarantee regarding outcomes.
I do not make any medical diagnoses, prognoses or medical claims and I treat no particular health issue or disease.
Your medical treatment and your health monitoring remain entirely your responsibility.
Even if you discuss or inquire about alternative or complementary methods that are not medically recognised, you agree not to delay, alter, or avoid making an appointment with a qualified medical practitioner. Only a licensed medical professional can take charge of your medical diagnosis, care, and treatment.
The sessions and audits offered do not in any way substitute, replace, or interfere with the advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by licensed healthcare professionals.

3. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are participating in these sessions of your own free will and take full responsibility for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being before, during, and after the audit.
