Data Storage and Security: Information is transmitted securely via Wix's encrypted form infrastructure and stored within your Wix CRM and Google Workspace account protected by two-factor authentication (2FA).

Data Retention Policy: Records and applications are retained only as long as necessary for the active evaluation cycle or valid waitlist holding periods, after which they are securely archived or deleted.
